Description

La Colombaia is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti.
This is a classic casa colonica, with a central dovecote, set in its own grounds. The gardener will need to visit occasionally to cut the grass and tend the garden.
The splendid swimming pool, surrounded by lawns, has wonderful views, and on a clear day, the famous towers of San Gimignano are just visible in the distance. For days out, both Florence and Siena are within easy reach, and for activities closer to home, there are tennis courts and fishing facilities available 3 km away.
