Casale de' Pasquinelli is a holiday home in Tuscany, located on the outskirts of Lucca, in Segromigno in Monte, a typical Tuscan village in the Lucchesi hills, surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient woods. The recently renovated farmhouse is set on the slope of a hill overlooking the underlying Lucca Plain; it is undoubtedly the perfect place for those who wish to spend a holiday in a delightful country house, without foregoing the comforts of modern living.
The farmstead is surrounded by a large wood and a garden complete with outdoor furnishings where there is also a swimming pool. The wood, populated with oaks and olive trees, is ideal for picnics and walks surrounded by nature.

Camelia and Orchidea are two of the farm’s four luxury villas, the biggest and most spacious (425 square metres) linked internally.
The first floor of Camelia features a large living room with three sofas, a dining table, satellite TV and a piano, where it is possible to admire the marble floor and furnishings typical of Tuscan villas. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and washing (electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filter and espresso coffee machine, kettle, etc..). Also on the first floor, you will find a utility bathroom. Outside in the garden there is an octagonal gazebo where guests can dine and admire the splendid view of the surrounding hills and the Lucca Plain. A marble staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a bed which can be split into twin beds. The upper storeys have teak floors which convey a sense of warmth when walking barefoot in the bedrooms. Every room has its own bathroom furnished with Carrara marble, and two of the bathrooms also have a whirlpool bathtub. Continuing up to the top floor, there is a small lounge with a sofa bed, which offers a breathtaking view of the green Lucchesi hills. This suite also comprises a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with twin beds.

Access to Orchidea is via the big living room, or from the outside through its own entrance. There is a small, cool lounge on the first floor, where guests can relax or read a good book. This lounge has a sofa bed suitable for one person which can be easily opened when necessary. There is a second, larger kitchen on the first floor, and this too is fully equipped. Proceeding further ahead, we come to the blue room with parquet flooring and a fireplace, sofas to relax and satellite TV. This lounge has a door leading out onto a small terrace which is ideal for eating and enjoying the view. On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Every bathroom has a shower and is finished with Carrara marble. In one of the rooms there is a bunk bed, perfect for children.

Outside it is possible to enjoy the large swimming pool and make use of the wood-fuelled oven for baking bread or pizza. There is also a room with a washing machine and iron. Guests can go for walks on the farm estate, amidst the olive groves and in the oak wood, along paths which lead to a cool stream. Also on the estate are a vegetable garden cultivated with fresh seasonal vegetables, and an orchard. All of this is available to guests, who can have fun picking fruit and vegetables and cooking them to enjoy the authentic flavours of Tuscany.
Other facilities include a wireless connection, and a midweek change of towels and cleaning service in the bedrooms.
